Online Application – 3-2. Loan Application for Tender Awardees

注意事項:

1、應於開標之次日起5日內提出申請。
2、請於線上申辦後隔日補附「貸款申請書」,可向各分署(辦事處)免費索取或至網路下載。(網路下載步驟:便民服務->各種申請表下載->申購->貸款申請書(檔案下載)->開啟舊檔->列印) 
3、相關貸款繳價手續悉依財政部國有財產署所定「國有非公用不動產標售作業程序」、標售公告、投標須知等規定辦理。
4、金融機構核准貸款後,申請人應配合辦理相關登記事宜。如因未配合而造成損害,申請人應負一切責任。
5、申請人未依規定期限繳清價款者,視為放棄得標,買賣契約關係消滅,沒收投標保證金,標售標的物由各分署(辦事處)另行處理。

Please note :

1. The application shall be submitted within 5 days from the day after the bid opening date.

2. Please apply it on-line and attach the “Application for Loan” on the next day. The “Application for Loan”, which can be obtained from each branch (office) of the National Property Administration (NPA) for free, or downloaded from the website of the NPA. (Online download steps: Convenience Services ->Download of various application forms->purchase-> Application for Loan (Download File)->Open File->Print)

3. The relevant process for the loan and the total purchase price payment is conducted in compliance with the “Operation Procedures for Sale of National Non-public Use Real Estate Through Tendering” by the National Property Administration, MOF, including stipulations for notice of sale by tender, Instructions to Bidders, etc.

4. After the financial institution approves the loan, the applicant shall cooperate with the relevant registration matters. The applicant is willing to take full responsibility for any damage caused by his/her failure to cooperate therein.

5. The applicant is deemed to have waived the right to the tender award if the price has not been paid by the due date. The sales contract is immediately terminated, and the bond shall be confiscated. The subject matter of the sale by tender is to be handled separately by each branch (office) of sale by tender itself.
