注意事項：

1、國有基地承租人因建築需要，得申請核發土地使用權同意書，除另有規定外，同意在原承租範圍，以承租戶承租總面積三百平方公尺以下者，同意在原承租範圍，以原有房屋樓層數加建一層方式辦理增建、改建、修建或重建。惟擬建築基地（含建築物本身所占之地面及所應留設之法定空地）範圍，包含私有土地或其他機關經管之公有土地合併建築者，或擬建築樓層數超過原有房屋樓層數加建一樓層者，不在同意範圍。
2、本署轄區所屬地區分署或辦事處將於查處後，另行通知。

Please note:

1. Lessees of the national building lot may, for construction needs, apply for the Consent Letter for the Land Use Right, and unless otherwise required, agree to, within the original leased range, where the total area leased by the Lessee is 300 square meters or smaller, to extent, reconstruct, repair or rebuild in a manner of adding one floor of the existing building. However, where the range of the sites to be built (including the land occupied by the building itself and the statutory vacant land that shall be reserved) includes private land or public land with buildings managed by other authorities, or the number of floors to be added exceeds that of the number of floors of the existing building added by one, it is not within the permitted range.

2. The Region Branch or Offices under the jurisdiction of the NPA will issue a notification accordingly upon investigation.

地段 Section - 地號Land number
範例說明：地號分別為地號母號、地號子號各4碼，一共為8碼。例如：地號母子號 427-13，格式應為0427-0013，以此類推。
Example description: A land number consists of eight digits, including the four digits of the main construction number and the four digits of the secondary construction number. For example, the main construction number and secondary number 427-13 shall be written in the format of 0427-0013.

一、依電子簽章法第4條第1項及第9條第1項規定，承租人同意以使用本系統產製具有電子簽章之電子文件，取代書面文件及簽名、蓋章確定之相關法律責任。

二、國有基地承租人因建築需要，得申請核發土地使用權同意書，同意在原承租範圍，以承租戶承租總面積300平方公尺以下者，同意在原承租範圍，以原有房屋樓層數加建一層方式辦理增建、改建、修建或重建。惟擬建築基地(含建築物本身所占之地面及所應留設之法定空地)範圍，包含私有土地或其他機關經管之公有土地合併建築者，或擬建築樓層數超過原有房屋樓層數加建一樓層者，不在同意範圍。承租人應申請讓售承租地，於取得土地所有權後再行建築。

1. In accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 1 of Article 4 and Paragraph 1 of Article 9 of the Electronic Signatures Act, the lessee agrees to use the electronic files with theelectronic signature produced by this system to replace the related legal liability such aspaper documents, signatures, and seals.

2.Lessees of the national building lot may, for construction needs, apply for the Consent Letter for the Land Use Right, and unless otherwise required, agree to, within the original leased range, where the total area leased by the Lessee is 300 square meters or smaller, to extent, reconstruct, repair or rebuild in a manner of adding one floor of the existing building. However, where the range of the sites to be built (including the land occupied by the building itself and the statutory vacant land that shall be reserved) includes private land or public land with buildings managed by other authorities, or the number of floors to be added exceeds that of the number of floors of the existing building added by one, it is not within the permitted range. Lessees shall apply for the leased land for sale, and proceed to construction upon acquisition of the land ownership.

本人同意貴署（含所屬分署、辦事處）依個人資料保護法第15條規定，基於國有財產管理之特定目的，於必要範圍內蒐集或處理本人之個人資料，並依同法第16條規定，依法定職務為必要之利用。
The undersigned hereby agree that the NPA (including its subordinate Region Branches and Offices) may collect or process the undersigned’s personal information within the necessary scope for the specific purpose of management of the national properties in accordance with the provisions of Article 15 of the Personal Data Protection Act, and may make necessary use of the undersigned’s personal information according to the NPA’s statutory duties in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of the Personal Data Protection Act.
