*標租不動產不得作下列使用：

1、作為土壤及地下水污染整治法第8條第1項、第9條第1項中央主管機關公告之事業。

2、作為私有土地建物之法定空地、建築通路或併同公、私有土地建築使用。但按上述現狀辦理標租者，不在此限。

3、殯葬相關設施。但土地使用分區為殯儀館用地或編定殯葬用地，現況已供殯儀館、禮廳及靈堂使用辦理現狀標租者，不在此限。

4、爆竹、瓦斯等危險物品之生產、分裝及堆置相關設施。

5、土石採取，或為土石方資源堆置處理場、土石堆置、儲運、土石碎解洗選場及相關設施。

6、違反法令使用租賃物或減損租賃物價值、效能之使用。

*The real estate leased through tendering shall not be used for the following purposes:

1.Used as an enterprise announced by the central regulatory authority as listed in Paragraph 1 of Article 8, and Paragraph 1 of Article 9 of the Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Act.

2.Used as a statutory vacant land or a building passage for privately owned buildings, or used in combination with public or private lands and buildings. However, this shall not apply to lease by tender at the current state, as mentioned above.

3.Used for funeral related facilities.However, this shall not apply to lease by tender of lands within the land use district for or intended for funeral homes at the current state, to be used as funeral homes, ceremony halls, or mourning halls.

4.Used for facilities related to the production, sub-packaging, and stacking of dangerous goods, such as fireworks, gas, etc.

5.Used for collection of earth and stone, or as a site for stacking and disposal of earth and stone resources, or as a site for stacking, storage and transportation, or crushing and washing of earth and stone, and any related facilities.

6.Used in violation of laws and regulations or in such a way that impairs the value and effectiveness of the leased property.
