Online Application -- 2-2. Loan Application for the Purchase of Real Estate

*申請人承諾事項:

1、相關貸款繳價手續悉依貴署所定「國有房地讓售案件辦理抵押貸款繳納價款作業須知」規定辦理。
2、金融機構核准貸款後,申請人當配合辦理相關登記事宜。如因未配合而造成損害,申請人願負一切責任。
3、申請人未依前述作業須知規定繳清國有房地售價款或中途放棄承購時,同意任由貴處解除買賣契約、收申請人已繳納之遲延利息保證金及無息退還申請人已繳之售價款,絕無異議。

*Applicant’s Agreement:
1.Relevant loan payment procedures are to be handled in accordance with the Directions for Payment of Mortgage Loan Resulted from the Sale of National House and Land, as stipulated by the National Property Administration (NPA).
2.After the financial institution approves the loan, the applicant shall cooperate with the relevant registration matters. The applicant is willing to take full responsibility for any damage caused by his/her failure to cooperate therein.
3.If the applicant fails to pay the purchase price of national house and land in full according to the above-mentioned Directions, or gives up the purchase prior to completion, the applicant agrees to allow the NPA to cancel the sales contract, confiscate the interest deposit paid by the applicant for late payment of the purchase price, and refund the payment made by the applicant without interest, without any objection.
