Online Application – 1-10. Lessees Apply for a Property Boundary Survey at their Own Expense

注意事項：

1、承租人因界址不明或發生界址糾紛而需鑑界時，得向所屬分署（辦事處）申請核發土地複丈申請書後，自行自費向地政機關申請鑑界。
2、租金如有欠繳，應依規定繳清後始得申請鑑界。

Please note:
1. If in need of a property boundary survey due to an unclear boundary or a dispute over the boundary, the lessee may apply to the regional branch (office) for issuance of an application for land survey, and then apply to the Land Administration at his own expense for a property boundary survey.
2. If rents are in arrears, they shall be paid in full as per provisions, before an application for boundary survey can be made.

地段Section - 地號Land number
範例說明：地號分別為地號母號、地號子號各4碼，一共為8碼。例如：地號母子號 427-13，格式應為0427-0013，以此類推。
Example description: A land number consists of eight digits, including the four digits of the main construction number and the four digits of the secondary construction number. For example, the main construction number and secondary number 427-13 shall be written in the format of 0427-0013.
- *告知事項(必填) Matters for notification (Please tick the box first before sending the application) (required)：
一、依電子簽章法第4條第1項及第9條第1項規定，承租人同意以使用本系統產製具有電子簽章之電子文件，取代書面文件及簽名、蓋章確定之相關法律責任。

二、承租人因界址不明或發生界址糾紛而需鑑界時，得向出租機關申請核發土地複丈申請書後，自行自費向地政機關申請鑑界。

三、租金如有欠繳，應依規定繳清後始得申請鑑界。
1. In accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 1 of Article 4 and Paragraph 1 of Article 9 of the Electronic Signatures Act, the lessee agrees to use the electronic files with the electronic signature produced by this system to replace the related legal liability such as paper documents, signatures, and seals.
2. If in need of a property boundary survey due to an unclear boundary or a dispute over the boundary, the lessee may apply to the leasing authority for issuance of an application for land survey, and then apply to the Land Administration at his own expense for a property boundary survey.
3. If rents are in arrears, they shall be paid in full as per provisions, before an application for boundary survey can be made.

本人同意貴署（含所屬分署、辦事處）依個人資料保護法第15條規定，基於國有財產管理之特定目的，於必要範圍內蒐集或處理本人之個人資料，並依同法第16條規定，依法定職務為必要之利用。
The undersigned hereby agree that the NPA (including its subordinate Region Branches and Offices) may collect or process the undersigned’s personal information within the necessary scope for the specific purpose of management of the national properties in accordance with the provisions of Article 15 of the Personal Data Protection Act, and may make necessary use of the undersigned’s personal information according to the NPA’s statutory duties in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of the Personal Data Protection Act.
