線上申辦--1-8.國有非公用房地承租人申請委託金融機構自動扣款方式繳納租金
Online Application – 1-8. Lessees of National Non-Public Real Estate Apply to a Financial Institution for the Arrangement of Automatic Deduction of Rent Payments
注意事項：
1、承租人或第三人同意提供扣款，須有台灣銀行或合作金庫任一存款帳戶。
2、線上申請後應補附「國有非公用房地承租戶承租費用轉帳付款授權約定書」一式2份，可向各分署（辦事處）免費索取或至網路下載。
＊網路下載步驟：便民服務->各種申請書表（含填寫範例）之下載->按各該分署下載路徑如下：
(1)北區分署：->申租->租金書表->16國有非公用房地承租戶承租費用轉帳付款授權約定書（扣款人為承租人本人）或17國有非公用房地承租戶承租費用轉帳付款授權約定書（扣款人非承租人本人）。
(2)中區分署：->申租->（十）申請租金優惠（暨相關書表）->13房地承租戶承租費用轉帳付款授權約定書。
(3)南區分署：->申租->19.其他->5房地承租戶承租費用轉帳付款授權約定書。
Please note:
1. The lessee or a third party must have a deposit account with either Bank of Taiwan or Taiwan Cooperative Bank to agree to provide deductions.
2. After the online application, the "Authorization Agreement for Payments of Leasing Fees by the Lessees of the National Non-Public Real Estate", which can be obtained from each branch (office) of the National Property Administration (NPA) for free or downloaded from the website of the NPA, shall be completed and attached, in duplicate.
*Online download steps: Convenience Services → Download of various application forms (including filling examples) → The download paths for each regional branch of the NPA are as follows:
(1) Northern Region Branch: → Leasing Application → Rent Form → 16 Authorization Agreement for Payments of Leasing Fees by the Lessees of the National Non-Public Real Estate (where the withholder is the lessee himself) or 17 Authorization Agreement for Transfer Payments of Leasing Fees by the Lessees of the National Non-Public Real Estate (where the withholder is not the lessee).
(2) Central Region Branch: → Leasing Application → (10) Apply for rental concessions (and related forms) → 13 Authorization Agreement for Transfer Payments of Leasing Fees by the Lessees of the Real Estate.
(3) Southern Region Branch: → Leasing Application → 19. Other → 5 Authorization Agreement for Transfer Payments of Leasing Fees by the Lessees of the Real Estate.
